Job Description:

Grafton Horeca, a specialized team within Gi Group Spa authorized by the Ministry of Labour, is seeking a Night Manager (Vitto e Alloggio) for an extra-luxury structure in Perugia.

Responsibilities include:

• Operational management of all night activities related to the Front Office;
• Operational management of all night Back Office activities related to Reception: daily cash closing and payment data sending, report compilation for the administrative department;
• Handling customer requests and needs;
• Constant interface with other departments, especially Maintenance and Room Service.

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience as a Night Manager;
• Precision and reliability;
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• Advanced knowledge of English.

Work Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, on 8-hour night shifts, 5 days a week.

Contract Offer:

• Direct contract with the company until January 2026;
• Reference CCNL: CCNL Turismo Pubblici Esercizi;
• Salary and benefits: RAL based on experience. Food and accommodation provided in the structure.

Location: Perugia.
