Job Description : - Developand maintain the software framework : You will be responsible forthe overall structure and modular design of our product software.This includes analyzing and researching general modules to ensureefficient and scalable development. - Lead software development fornew products : You will act as a technical leader, coordinatingsoftware development for new HVAC products. - Optimize softwaredevelopment : You will be responsible for researching andimplementing modular design methods to improve the efficiency andmaintainability of our software. - Collaborate withcross-functional teams : You will work closely with engineers,product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure software meetsproject requirements. - Write clean, well-documented, andmaintainable code. - Stay current with the latest softwaredevelopment tools and technologies relevant to the HVAC industry. -Test and debug software to ensure functionality and performance.Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, SoftwareEngineering, or a related field. - Minimum 5+ years of experiencein software development. - Strong proficiency in C language andother programming languages (C, assembly). - In-depth understandingof MCU architecture and programming. - Experience with single-chipmicrocomputers and ARM processors. - Experience with softwareframeworks and modular design principles. - Familiarity withvarious software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, orKanban, and experience with version control systems like Git. -Experience in developing bootloaders for firmware update andupgrade processes, including secure boot mechanisms andover-the-air (OTA) firmware updates. - Excellent communication,collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - A passion for the HVACindustry and a desire to develop innovative solutions.
