Job Description:

At Amazon we value our relationships with our advertisers as much as our relationships with our end customers, and we’re looking for great Account Executive to help us continue to build our strategic accounts. This is a great opportunity for a driven Account Executive to focus on building long-term strategic relationships with key advertisers and agencies and identifying new and unique advertising opportunities. We offer a unique opportunity to join a high-visibility organization that is a significant driver for the company’s overall growth. For our advertising team, it’s still Day 1.
While maintaining a consultative style, candidates must feel comfortable discussing with perspective clients on broad range of issues. An ability to identify, develop and manage a valuable prospect list based on our standard product offerings is crucial. In addition to having excellent written and verbal communication skills, good attention to detail, and good follow-through, the ideal candidates will be self-motivated and highly goal-oriented in order to achieve ambitious business targets.


Key job responsibilities
· Manage relations with advertisers
· Influence media spend within the account based on your understanding of the customer needs and expectations
· Negotiate branding solutions on multiple touch point and be able to handle complex discussions
· Implement the framework and coverage for assigned strategic accounts.
· Discover and develop new opportunities for business growth across your client vertical
· Grow relationships at all levels within the client and the agency for your strategic accounts - to increase their knowledge of how Amazon can create deeper advertising partnerships and act as a trusted advisor and a go-to resource within Amazon
· Work cross-functionally and ensure the highest level of customer service provided to all clients

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong business leader with a deep understanding of the Advertising Landscape
· Experience in Media Buying or Selling (Connected TV, TV, Video Strategies)
· Proven track record of success at building relationships, partnering cross functionally, and professionally representing client needs/perspectives to the product organization
· Knowledge of and relationships within the industry across publishers, clients and agencies
· Talent for responding effectively to market direction, customer needs and competitive positioning.
· Thrive in fast paced dynamic environment, be adept at dealing with ambiguity and have good communication and presentation skills.
· Advanced level of English and Italian.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Degree educated, ideally in a related field or equivalent experience
· International working context
· Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills at all level of an organization
