Fmts Lavoro Srl, an Employment Agency and staffing service (Aut. Min. R. 0000002 del 05.01.2021), is seeking to recruit for a major client in the tourism and restaurant industry:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of aperitifs and basic cocktails from the menu;
2. Preparation of snacks, bread, and coffee;
3. Continuous support to the entire dining area across three shifts;
4. Runner activities at the kitchen pass and support to the Chef de Rang in managing tables and service;
5. Serving wine at the table when necessary;
6. Routine and special cleaning of the dining area, back office, and storage during opening and closing hours.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of the English language;
• Experience, even minimal, in the role;
• Willingness to learn, humility, and passion;
• Flexibility with working hours and team spirit.

Knowledge of additional languages, particularly Spanish, will be considered a plus.

Offer Details:

Contract compliant with law, with employment through staffing agency, under the Tourism sector collective bargaining agreement (CCNL).

Work includes board and lodging.

Immediate availability required.
