Joining the Digital Finance Transformation Team in Bologna and Florence means working with top professionals and clients in a collaborative environment focused on growth and dialogue. You will provide functional advice on corporate performance management systems, analyzing and designing processes to support the CFO and developing technological platforms.

Responsibilities include:

• Redefining enterprise performance management strategies for leading companies, supporting CFOs in redesigning performance models
• Analyzing and defining functional requirements for budgeting, forecasting, planning, and costing processes, and implementing innovative solutions
• Designing IT solutions for finance and business processes, supporting implementation with top EPM tools (Oracle, Tagetik, Board, OneStream)
• Monitoring performance before and after transformation
• Creating functional analysis documents

Skills - Come As You Are

This opportunity is ideal if you have:

• A master’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or similar
• Knowledge of control models, budgeting, forecasting, financial statements, and planning
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent English skills, with international study or work experience preferred
