The Senior Segment Marketing Manager (d/f/m) for Cytiva is responsible for translating strategic plans into targeted marketing initiatives, building value propositions, and driving strategic messaging and content that address segment customer challenges to increase demand.
This position reports to the Director, Segment Marketing, and is part of the Bioprocess Segment Marketing team. Candidates may be located in Marlborough, US; Amersham, UK; or Uppsala, Sweden, and may work remotely from US or European locations.
What you will do:
* Translate annual strategic account plans into marketing initiatives with associated value propositions.
* Use account insights to design and localize campaigns and messaging around customer challenges.
* Implement omnichannel campaigns to drive engagement and demand.
* Coordinate with teams to develop value propositions and segment-specific collateral.
* Achieve marketing KPI targets for funnel and segment visibility.
Who you are:
* BS or equivalent in marketing, life sciences, or related field.
* Five years of marketing experience in bioprocess or life science applications.
* Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-focused messages and content.
* Experience managing marketing projects from start to finish.
* Driven to achieve business goals and targets.
It would be a plus if you also possess:
* Networking and relationship-building skills.
* Clear and effective communication skills.
* Sales experience.
