A leading company is seeking an HR & Global Relocation Specialist in Italy to coordinate HR and relocation activities. This role involves supporting immigration processes, ensuring compliance, and enhancing employee experience through various initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a university degree in HR, fluency in English and Italian, and relevant experience in a multinational setting.

Descrizione del lavoro

The HR & Global Relocation Specialist will coordinate all HR and relocation related activities for Italy. You will report directly to the Region HR Global Relocation Lead and have a key role in the HR function supporting the location. Working as part of the WE team, you will specifically be responsible for Italy and serve as the first point of contact for all HR administration, including relocation cases for the region in liaison with the Global Relocation Lead for Western Europe.

Responsibilities
  1. Act as the first point of contact for all HR & immigration related queries for the region;
  2. Respond to employee HR or immigration queries via service desk tickets;
  3. Support and coordinate the global relocation process into Italy and support Germany;
  4. Ensure VISA compliance;
  5. Provide clear process information through visuals and instructions to enhance understanding;
  6. Deliver a user-friendly experience;
  7. Design and deliver a cultural awareness program;
  8. Provide education on country-specific topics such as local tax and benefits;
  9. Organize monthly virtual events to promote connection;
  10. Create an expat community and buddy culture through the OneTeam Platform;
  11. Administer and operate internal Luxoft HR systems such as Service Desk for HR, LuxStaff, BPM, LuxTalent, LuxTown, and Workplace;
  12. Process New Hire, Transfers, and Terminations in LuxStaff;
  13. Monitor onboarding activities through BPM;
  14. Maintain Workplace with recent location activities;
  15. Keep LuxTown updated with key documentation for employees;
  16. Understand and monitor internal reporting tools like Tableau, providing insights on attrition and other metrics;
  17. Manage administration related to reporting of annual leave, sickness absence, mandatory training, and probationary period closures;
  18. Handle PR and invoicing for HR services, including payroll invoices;
  19. Maintain accurate employee records such as Next of Kin, bank details, and benefits;
  20. Participate in global HR initiatives within Western Europe;
  21. Collaborate closely with the Western European HR admin team.
Skills

Must have: Fluency in English and Italian; university degree in HR or related field; experience in immigration administration in Italy; in-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices for Italy (and possibly Germany).

Nice to have: Proficiency in MS Office; attention to detail; experience in a multinational company; deep HR & relocation process knowledge; strong communication and presentation skills; excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to build effective relationships at all levels.

Languages

English and Italian fluency is required.
