Adecco Italia - Customer Experience Specialist Torino

Adecco Italia, a leading international operator in the regulated gaming sector active in Italy, is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist in Torino.

The selected candidate will:

1. Oversee affiliated retail points (tobacco shops, bars, betting shops);
2. Explain the services offered via the app to potential customers;
3. Assist customers with downloading and registering the app;
4. Help customers make their first bet, unlocking attractive bonuses.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in promoting services or products;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities;
• Flexibility and availability to work shifts from Monday to Saturday;
• Knowledge of IT tools, particularly app usage.

We offer:

• A fixed-term contract of 6+6 months with potential for long-term employment;
• Level V of the CCNL Commerce, with 14 monthly payments;
• Full-time work (40 hours/week) on shifts from Monday to Saturday;
• Variable incentive bonuses;

• Initial and ongoing training.
