Position: Bank Teller - Padova Area

The Opportunity:

Become part of an important cooperative banking institution rooted in the Veneto region, working within one of our branches. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Handling all branch activities such as cash operations, managing accounts, deposits, transfers, account statements, pension and tax payments, etc.
• Serving as a key point of contact for clients, fostering relationships, and supporting senior colleagues in proposing and managing client services.

To facilitate your integration, a onboarding phase with training and mentorship is provided to acquire the necessary skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Graduated, preferably in economics and/or law.
• Person-oriented to relationships, able to connect with clients and colleagues.
• Experience in banking as a teller or in roles related to client management and complex operational flows.
• Dynamic, goal-oriented, precise, reliable, and discreet.
• Owns a vehicle (automobile).

The Offer:

Fixed-term contract directly with the bank, with potential for permanent employment.

37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday.

Position classified under the credit cooperative sector's collective bargaining agreement, including cash allowances and daily electronic meal vouchers.

Location: Padova and province.
