Job Description: Part-Time Sales Associate at Citees - Rome, Via Del Corso

Citees is a brand specialized in T-shirts, recognized for its original designs. It opened its first store in 2017 and already has more than 75 stores in major cities across Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands.

Since its inception, Citees has been committed to creativity and collaboration with independent artists from around the world, offering high-quality garments from the Pampling and Wituka brands at competitive prices. The company is currently expanding and has established itself as a leading brand in its sector.

Position: Part-time Sales Associate (25 hours/week)

Location: Rome - Via Del Corso

Start Date: May 26

Duration: 4 months

Requirements include experience in customer service, a good level of English, and immediate availability.

Your role will be to embody the brand's image and values, managing the entire sales process and delivering excellent customer care.

Key responsibilities from day one include:

1. Assisting customers with sales, advising on models and sizes, resolving issues, and handling cashier duties.
2. Supporting inventory management, stock control, orders, and warehouse organization.
3. Maintaining the store’s visual presentation in line with the brand’s values.
4. Representing Citees by conveying our youthful, creative spirit and environmental commitment during sales interactions.
5. Providing excellent customer service by understanding needs, resolving issues, and analyzing user preferences.
6. Familiarizing yourself with the catalog, brand identity, garment materials, sizes, shipping times, and operational procedures.
