Job Description:

The Customer Care Specialist, located in our HQ in Solomeo, is part of the Global CRM team and acts as a Brand Ambassador to customers contacting us from all countries and channels (e-commerce, boutiques, multibrand stores).

Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, she/he collaborates with Retail, Multibrand, Digital teams, Repairs, E-commerce warehouse, Legal, DPO departments, and local CRM colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  1. Promote CRM culture within the company.
  2. Establish human connections with customers to foster brand loyalty and enhance the customer experience.
  3. Serve as a personal stylist, managing clienteling activities both online and in-store to strengthen customer relationships.
  4. Handle customer service requests, prioritize, and resolve issues to maintain high service standards aligned with our luxury brand positioning.
  5. Manage returns, repairs, and alterations, ensuring smooth operations.
  6. Support E-commerce OMS, operations, and Omnichannel activities, including shipment monitoring and client follow-up.
  7. Assist with special projects such as training sessions, customer delight initiatives, and gifting.

Requirements:

  1. Native Arabic and French speaker, fluent in Italian and English.
  2. Experience in Customer Care, Retail, or CRM roles, preferably in luxury sectors.
  3. Customer-oriented with a passion for building authentic relationships.
  4. Excellent communication skills, empathetic and gentle in customer interactions.
  5. Attention to detail, ability to prioritize, with a passion for fashion, styling, and storytelling.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
  7. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus; proficiency in Excel is required.
