Country Sales Director (m/f/d) Italy
Tasks
  • Full P&L responsibility for all business in Italy with strong focus on sales & business development
  • Providing proactive and dynamic leadership to the team
  • Strategically developing the business and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue
  • Expansion of key markets such as machine building as well as identification of new business opportunities
  • Manage and further deepen the relations to the most important key accounts
  • Direct reporting to the German HQ
Requirements
  • Technical degree or degree in Business Administration; MBA would be a plus
  • Leadership experience in General or Sales Management roles, preferably incl. P&L responsibility
  • Good knowledge in the field of industrial automation and/or electrical engineering
  • Experience in safety automation would be a plus
  • Entrepreneurial, pro-active, and passionate sales-personality with conceptual capabilities
  • Excellent communication along with strong analytical skills
  • Business fluent in Italian and English
  • Trustworthy person living in the greater Milan region or willingness to relocate
