Job Description

Grafton Horeca, a specialized team within Gi Group Spa, is seeking a Bartender for a prestigious luxury establishment in the province of Perugia, Italy. This role offers accommodation and meals, working within a refined environment that combines authentic design with nature.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and presenting cocktails, drinks, and other beverages with high quality standards;
• Managing procurement and restocking of bar supplies;
• Customizing customer requests to meet their preferences;
• Ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment;
• Collaborating with the restaurant and kitchen teams for seamless service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience, even brief, in 5-star hotels or high-end bars;
• Knowledge of mixology techniques and current beverage trends;
• Experience abroad is a preferred qualification;
• Teamwork skills, good communication, and collaborative spirit;
• Attention to quality standards and procedures;
• Precision and creativity in task management.

Work Details:

• Full-time, 40 hours/week, 5 days a week (single shift);
• Contract type: Fixed-term until December, with potential renewal until January 2026;
• Level and salary to be evaluated based on experience;
