Job Opportunity: Technical Sales Representative - Italy

MAW Divisione Search & Selection, Polo di Brescia, is recruiting for a company specialized in the production of ball valves. We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative for Italy.

The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting technical solutions to clients and commercial partners, in coordination with the Sales Management and supporting existing agency networks across the territory.

Specific responsibilities include:

  1. Promoting products to distributors and designers;
  2. Providing technical and commercial consulting on product applications in the hydronic and sanitary sectors;
  3. Managing the commercial development of the assigned territory in synergy with management;
  4. Supporting agencies in sales activities, technical training, and after-sales support;
  5. Preparing quotes and technical offers in collaboration with the technical and production departments;
  6. Participating in industry fairs and events to promote the brand and products.

Requirements:

  1. Technical diploma in thermotechnics, mechanics, or related fields;
  2. Knowledge of the hydronic and sanitary sector, preferably including valves and system components;
  3. At least 3 years of experience in a technical-commercial role;
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  6. Willingness to travel within the territory.
