The ARIA technology has granted patents in US and EU. We are building a team that can exploit our unique technology in those regions and other selected countries.

The invention

In any closed footwear, normal foot sweating produces a saturation (100%) of the internal moisture in less than an hour, increasing discomfort and encouraging the growth of fungi, bacteria and bad odours. These problems increase in shoes that are not very breathable (e.g. trekking, work or military shoes), those with waterproof treatments or membranes (e.g. GoreTex), winter sports shoes and orthopaedic shoes (e.g. diabetic foot treatment). ARIA insoles have developed an insole technology that drammatically reduces the moisture content in any shoe to levels unattainable for any breathable shoe, because it dinamically increases the air exchange as the user's motor activity and sweating increase (www.ariainsoles.com).

There are no breathable insoles on the market, only breathable shoes. ARIA is the only breathable insole currently on the market.

The position

As a Digital Marketing Manager at your own startup, your role is multifaceted, encompassing strategy development, execution, and analysis. You'll be responsible for driving online marketing efforts to build brand awareness, generate leads, and increase conversions, all while staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and adapting your strategies accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute digital marketing strategies that align with your business goals.
  • Set clear, measurable objectives (KPIs) to track success.
  • Develop and manage content marketing strategies, including creating valuable content and optimizing it for SEO.
  • Plan and implement social media marketing campaigns to build brand presence and engage with your audience.
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote your products or services.

Execution:

  • Manage online advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
  • Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve your website's visibility in search engine results.
  • Develop and manage social media posting calendars to maintain consistent engagement.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to create compelling marketing materials.

Analysis and Optimization:

  • Use analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager to track and measure the performance of your marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize your strategies accordingly.
  • Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Be prepared to adapt your strategies based on performance data and changing market conditions.

Additional Responsibilities in a Startup Context:

  • Building a Digital Foundation: In the early stages, you may be responsible for building the basic digital infrastructure, including improving our company’s website, email list, and social media presence.
  • Multitasking and Problem-Solving: You may need to wear many hats and handle a wide range of tasks, often with limited resources.
  • Directly Contributing to Business Goals: Your marketing efforts should directly contribute to the startup's overall success, whether it's generating leads, driving sales, or building brand awareness.
  • Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to ensure your startup remains competitive.

Your competencies and track record

  • Background in Marketing/Sales/Business development
  • B2B proposition development, preferably in the shoes industry
  • Experience in commercialization of innovative products
  • Bachelor degree in economics or scientific degree with relevant experience in marketing
  • An MBA and experience in the medical sector will be considered preferential qualifications
