Business Analyst Senior

Main responsibilities:

1. Participate in studies to evaluate business requirements and identify appropriate solutions, supporting replicability of the solution.
2. Identify and formalize the business requirements of internal and external customers by acting as an interface between business representatives, functional teams, and IT to analyze, document, and validate required business processes.
3. Interface with software developers to explain solutions and monitor software development progress.
4. Develop new analyses using Business Intelligence tools.
5. Prepare demos of solutions and support pre-sales activities by describing solution features.
6. Support post-sales activities in resolving complex problems.
7. Prepare communications and make presentations on system enhancements and alternatives.
8. Operate in accordance with company security policies, quality standards, and schedules.
9. Contribute proactively to team goals by collaborating with peers and promoting teamwork, respecting execution plans.
10. Plan and define test cases and draft related documents.
11. Participate in execution and test management activities.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
2. At least 5 years of experience.
3. Fluent in Italian and English.
4. Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
5. Proficient with Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Projects).
6. Good understanding of the credit process.
7. Knowledge of functional analysis and testing procedures.

Place of work: Bologna or Milan, with the possibility of remote work.
