Location: Monza-Brianza, Italy

Position: HR Manager (Categorie Protette – Invalidi Civili)

Our entertainment sector company is seeking an HR Manager belonging to protected categories (Civil Invalids, ex art. 1 L. 68/99) to strengthen our team.

The selected candidate, reporting to the DHR, will play a key role in managing human resources, supporting strategic and operational HR activities.

Main responsibilities:
  1. Manage recruitment, training, and development processes;
  2. Oversee personnel administration activities (contracts, payroll, attendance management, etc.);
  3. Support employer branding and organizational well-being initiatives;
  4. Collaborate with company managers to develop human capital management strategies;
  5. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Membership in protected categories (Civil Invalids – L. 68/99);
  • Degree in economic, legal, or humanistic disciplines;
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in HR with increasing responsibilities;
  • Proven experience in learning and development in well-organized companies;
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills;
  • Knowledge of HR management software and Office suite;
  • Professional proficiency in English; additional HR experience is a plus.
