Job Opening: Product Sales Manager - Photovoltaic Sector

Job S.P.A. - Verona Career Center is seeking a Product Sales Manager for the Photovoltaic sector. This role is ideal for a candidate with technical expertise and sales experience in renewable energy and photovoltaic systems.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide pre-sales support and technical consulting to installers.
  2. Develop and propose technical and commercial solutions for photovoltaic products and accessories.
  3. Manage commercial activities related to order processing and procurement.
  4. Support the sales team with technical guidance operating in the field.
  5. Engage in product management and develop digital tools for commercial proposals.
  6. Advance technological integration between photovoltaic systems and heat pump systems for climate control (EMS Energy Management Systems).
  7. Conduct training courses, participate in industry events, and represent the company at conferences and design meetings.
  8. Prepare reports, analysis, and statistics on the product line.
  9. Develop technical and commercial documentation in collaboration with marketing.
Requirements
  • Technical education in STEM fields, preferably Electrical/Electrotechnical.
  • Technical knowledge of principles underlying photovoltaic and renewable energy systems.
  • Previous experience in electrical installation projects as a Product Manager or Project Engineer; experience in pre-sales or proposal engineering roles is also considered.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Italy.
