Job Responsibilities

1. As a member of the JD Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service for customers each time they visit the store.
2. You will assist customers to maximize store productivity, exceed sales targets, and utilize in-store devices.
3. Assist customers throughout the sales process, from product selection to purchase, ensuring targets are met.
4. Provide alternatives and maximize sales by leveraging digital channels offered by the company, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
5. Maintain sales standards, including store cleanliness when necessary.
6. Check stock levels on the sales floor and replenish when needed to ensure a full range of sizes is available.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in the retail sector preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
• Team-oriented with a good attention to detail.
