SAP BASIS & HANA Account Manager - Italian Speaker

We are seeking a highly talented and self-motivated Digital Customer Engagement Manager to join us in advancing technology through innovation and creativity.

Your Role & Responsibilities
  1. Support sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
  2. Contribute to onboarding and transitioning customers to SAP ENTERPRISE CLOUD SERVICES.
  3. Orchestrate overall service and project delivery according to scope, budget, and milestones.
  4. Assist in de-escalations of critical customer situations.
  5. Handle critical customer situations in partnership with Major Incident Management (MIM), SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Customer Office teams, and SAP Product Support, as applicable.
  6. Contribute to customer release and maintenance activities.
  7. Support customers on technical requirements throughout their lifecycle within SAP Enterprise.
  8. Execute and support problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  9. Coordinate with various SAP stakeholders, especially virtual customer success partners, to ensure customer success.
  10. Review account status and analyze whether accounts should be transitioned due to growth in volume or complexity.
  11. Implement systematic onboarding of associates, including mandatory training documentation.
  12. Enable ongoing delta knowledge transfer sessions and refresher trainings on new topics.
Qualifications & Experience
  1. Technical expertise in SAP Basis with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  2. Good understanding and hands-on experience with HANA database.
  3. Mandatory experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS / DB).
  4. Experience with SaaS products such as Ariba, Salesforce, C4S, etc., integrated with SAP landscape is a plus.
  5. Hands-on experience with hyper-scalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) is required.
  6. Italian language skills at C2 or native level.
  7. English language skills B2 or above.
  8. 5–6 years of experience in multinational software/IT organizations.
  9. 5 years of SAP Basis S/4HANA knowledge.
  10. At least 2 years of cloud experience through solution management, consulting, or delivery program management.
