Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Trainer - English speaker (Freelance) to join our team. The trainer will focus on technical and transversal skills, particularly on Microsoft Copilot and the MR365 package, supporting digital adoption projects. Responsibilities include leading training and educational events to promote digital technology adoption across various sectors in large corporate environments. The ideal candidate has knowledge of digital tools, excellent communication skills, and an interest in developing their career as an online trainer.

Main Responsibilities

1. Deliver engaging online training sessions, clearly communicating content.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction with project deliverables and training.
3. Coordinate, organize, and facilitate training courses, workshops, and focus groups.
4. Create communication materials and support for workshops and training sessions as needed.
5. Manage and collect feedback from participants.
6. Support the implementation of global digital transformation projects to enhance technology adoption.

Skills and Competencies

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Fluent English communication skills for delivering training.
• Ability to deliver both theoretical and experiential training content.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage participants and make sessions interactive.
• Interest in deepening knowledge of training techniques and digital transformation projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect at all levels and with diverse groups.
• Attention to detail, with excellent organizational and planning skills.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an online trainer in the digital field.
• Experience working with corporate clients across various sectors and sizes.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to train fluently in languages other than English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot.
• Basic video editing skills.
