The Role

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the commercial strategy in Italy, building sustainable growth across multiple sectors.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a commercial strategy tailored to the Italian market.
  • Expanding the client base in sectors such as hospitality, entertainment, and luxury, while opening new markets like finance, embassies, corporates, and event agencies.
  • Strengthening existing client relationships, ensuring high service quality and long-term loyalty.
  • Structuring and analyzing business operations, formalizing commercial processes and delivering performance reports with strategic insights.
  • Collaborating across departments to ensure a coherent and effective business development approach.

Your Profile

Education: Master's degree from a leading Business School.

Experience: Approximately 4 years in B2B Business Development, ideally in premium services (e.g., luxury mobility, hospitality, entertainment). Strong ability to build and structure commercial strategies.

Languages: Native Italian with fluent English.
