Midea Group, a Fortune 500 company and the world's leading air treatment brand by production volume, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Industrial Technologies Europe team. This role is primarily remote, with an option to work from our Pordenone, Italy office.

Responsibilities:
  • Stay updated on product launches and transitions to support sales engagement programs.
  • Develop new business opportunities with Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs.
  • Engage with various departments within customer organizations, including engineering, purchasing, operations, and quality.
  • Deliver presentations on new products, project timelines, quality, and technical training.
  • Document market and customer insights and relay information internally.
  • Assist marketing efforts by monitoring market trends, regulatory activities, and gathering customer feedback.
  • Support team members to achieve KPIs.
  • Participate in promotional activities and trade shows.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or R&D.
  • Knowledge of Light Commercial reciprocating compressor products and applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one European language.
  • Motivated, self-sufficient, capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally, including weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.
  • Experience with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Chinese is a plus but not required.
