HR GENERALIST

Company Description

Synergie Italia SPA, Firenze branch, is seeking for a company active in the energy sector:

Position

The candidate will join the Human Resources team, liaising with colleagues in Italy and abroad. Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing support to various company functions, managing employee relations and training;
  2. Collaborating with Hiring Managers to gather company needs;
  3. Contributing to HR programs and projects to ensure efficient organization, including onboarding and offboarding processes;
  4. Collecting, analyzing, and communicating HR statistics to demonstrate progress and recommend improvements;
  5. Handling employee requests and needs;
  6. Conducting internal climate surveys;
  7. Implementing new processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity;
  8. Working with the recruitment team on selection processes and interviews;
  9. Supporting legal colleagues in organizational legal matters;
  10. Assisting HR Manager in employee performance evaluations;
  11. Supporting union negotiations;
  12. Managing compensation & benefits.
Requirements

The ideal candidate has previous experience in structured environments and possesses:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in law, economics, political science, or a Master in Human Resources;
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR sector;
  • Experience in Compensation & Benefits activities;
  • Experience in data extraction and performance monitoring;
  • Fluent knowledge of English (C1/C2 level);
  • Willingness to undertake occasional travel within Italy or abroad.
Additional Information

Offer includes temporary employment with an initial 6-month fixed-term contract with possible extension. CCNL metalmeccanica Industria; includes meal vouchers of €8.60/day; possibility of working in smart working up to 3/4 days per week.

Working hours: full-time, Monday to Friday.

Work location: Firenze Nord.
