As Sales Manager, you will be the main contact for key distributor accounts in the Italy & Balkans territory, focusing on business development, cross-selling, and customer satisfaction. Our customers’ success is our own.

What will you do?

  • Develop business within the non-direct sales channel in Italy & Balkans for the full product catalog.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers to increase satisfaction and cross-selling success.
  • Collaborate with the QH Fluid Intelligence Solutions team regarding equipment sales.
  • Coordinate with Commercial Operations, Marketing, Product Application, and Technical Service teams to meet customer satisfaction and business goals.
  • Align with regional directors to follow corporate strategy, set goals, and report on opportunities.
  • Develop and monitor sales revenue forecasts.
  • Promote value-added sales practices and process improvements.
  • Monitor industry trends, market players, and regional regulations.
  • This is a field-based role with travel within the territory.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 3 years' distribution channel sales experience in industrial fluids, metalworking, or industrial chemicals—preferably lubricants, coolants, or related products. Strong technical sales skills and relationship-building ability.
  • No team management experience required.
  • Languages: Italian and English at a professional level.
  • Remote, field-based role in northern Italy preferred for better work-life balance.
  • Safety-conscious, team-oriented, influential, results-driven, strategic thinker, problem solver, customer-focused.
