Job Description

Company: Synergie Italia SpA, a French multinational leader in the HR sector, branch of Tradate, is recruiting for an important client company.

Position: Front-office/Receptionist for weekend shifts 16H

Location: Near Milan Malpensa Airport, Italy

The selected candidate will join a team at a company operating near Milan Malpensa Airport. The role involves welcoming clients and managing reservations in Italian and, where necessary, in English. Responsibilities also include handling payments, cash management, and administrative procedures and forms.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English
• Previous experience in front-office or receptionist roles, interfacing with clients, with excellent communication and relational skills
• Proficiency with main IT tools
• Availability on weekends, for two shifts, with availability until 2 AM and from 4 AM

Additional Information

• Workplace: Near Somma Lombardo
• Part-time work of 16 hours on weekends, in two shifts
• Initial fixed-term contract through agency
