Job Description

This full-time position requires a talented Project Manager to oversee a wide range of renewable projects, including revamping, repowering, and EPC of photovoltaic power plants.

The role involves support from our Milan (Italy) administrative office for staff at all organizational levels within an exciting and ambitious growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and control the scope, program, budget, project team organization of revamping & repowering PV / Solar projects.
• Lead, manage, and coordinate the integrated workstreams of project execution, including construction management, technical management, procurement, project controls, and HSE.
• Provide clear and concise status reports on project planning, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Manage contracts, claims, and change orders with a pragmatic problem-solving approach.
• Ensure compliance with operational project documentation requirements.
• Manage project compliance with applicable laws, regulations, codes, and standards.
• Coordinate communication among project stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and subcontractors.
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead a cross-functional team and deliver multiple projects against established milestones.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in electrical engineering or equivalent; knowledge of Italian electrical norms is a significant advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in photovoltaics.
• Proficiency with CAD for power plant design; knowledge of PVSyst is a plus.
• Understanding of PV systems, KPIs, engineering economics, and related equipment and technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision.
• Proactive, flexible, and interested in innovative solutions.
• Interest in project management; prior experience is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
