Position Summary:

The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for specifying, planning, and growing new products and solutions in the Energy Storage segment. This role involves formulating innovative product solutions and building sustainable relationships with external and internal partners to support business expansion.

Responsibilities:
  1. Understand customer needs, market trends, and input from leadership to align product strategy in the Energy Storage market.
  2. Identify opportunities, prepare proposals for RFPs, manage budgeting and pricing, negotiate contract terms, and conduct post-bid analysis.
  3. Develop and engage early adopter customers for testing and launching new Energy Storage products and solutions.
  4. Conduct feasibility studies and develop business plans for product improvements, customization, and new product development.
  5. Assess operational issues, stay updated on trends and innovations, and identify new market segments.
  6. Coordinate with development and delivery teams or external suppliers to ensure product and schedule alignment.
  7. Participate in product design reviews to assess quality.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on product launches.
Requirements:
