Job Opportunity: CNC Machine Operator Traineeship

Gi Group Spa, through its Gi Pro Mechanics 4.0 program, is offering a training and professional development opportunity for candidates interested in the mechanical sector, specifically in CNC machine setup and programming.

Company: EMMEGI SPA

With over 40 years of experience, EMMEGI SPA is a renowned manufacturer of turned metal parts in brass, equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machinery for precision turning.

The selected candidates will participate in a training program designed to teach technical drawing comprehension, CNC machine operation, programming, measurement tools, and safety regulations, with the aim of preparing them for roles in high-precision mechanical production.

The program includes:

1. Understanding technical drawings
2. Operation of CNC machine tools
3. Programming principles and parameter setting
4. Use of measurement instruments
5. General safety training per regional agreements

Participants will be hired under a professional apprenticeship contract with Gi Group, starting from August 25, 2025, at the level D2 of the CCNL Metal-Mechanical.

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or qualification in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electronic, or IT fields, or equivalent
• Technical diploma in Geometra, Accounting, Scientific High School, etc.
• Experience in production (even with middle school diploma)
• Manual skills and problem-solving attitude
• Passion for precision mechanics
• Age suitable for apprenticeship
• Availability for two-shift work and split shifts
