Our Corporate Functions are now seeking a talented Junior HR Business Partner and Employee Relations Specialist to join Italy's HR Operations Team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Manage the full employee life-cycle for both white & blue collars (i.e. onboarding, internal mobility, promotions, change of hours, salary increases or off-boarding, etc.) and support on a wide range of HR related topics across the Areas assigned
- Advise, coach and provide support to business stakeholders (i.e. line managers, Head ofs, etc.) on company policies, procedures and best practices in a timely and proactive manner to ensure effective and consistent management of staff
- Provide effective advice and support to employees on HR matters, addressing their issues or inquiries directly or redirecting them to the relevant HR team (Payroll, TA, Reward, etc.)
- Support in the management of Employee Relations, including disciplinaries and litigations and internal investigations as required
- Collaborate with HR COEs (HRIS, L&D, Reward, Payroll team, etc.) on both day-to-day matters and periodical processes (i.e. Salary Reviews, Reward Reviews, reorganizations, etc.)
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to manage the recruitment strategy for the Area assigned
- Collaborate with the External Agencies to recruit temporary workers based on defined resource needs for volume-driven roles
- Collaborate with HSE on a variety of HSE matters where HR is involved
- Monitor main HR KPIs (absenteeism, turnover, etc.) to enable sound decisions and support the implementation of the HR Strategy for the Areas assigned
The type of person we are looking for:
- Preferred Master’s degree in Law, Political Sciences or Psychology
- Former experience working as HRBP/HR Generalist in large-size/multinational companies is a plus
- Solid knowledge of Italian Labour Law is a strong plus
- Former experience working in a unionized context is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving approach, critical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong communications and relations skills are needed to be able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders and manage also confidential and sensitive conversations with both managers and employees
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite
- English spoken and written proficiency (at least B2)
