Job Description:

Cross Border Talents is seeking Italian-speaking candidates for a remote Customer Support Advisor role in Portugal. The position involves providing technical and sales support to customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer requests through various channels and log details accurately.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and resolutions.
  • Assist with post-sales requests such as delivery, warranties, and refunds.
  • Support inbound sales efforts and promote products to enhance revenue.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Manage orders and follow-ups within CRM systems, adhering to policies and client requirements.

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and team spirit.
  • Tech-savvy with a proactive attitude.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base salary: €1,050 gross (14 payments)
  • Performance bonus: up to €225 gross
  • Health insurance from day 1, free after 6 months

Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday, including bank holidays: 08:00 to 19:00, rotational shifts
  • Days off: Sundays and one rotational day

Contract: 6 months with potential renewal
