Job Description

Grafton Retail & GDO, a team dedicated to enhancing the experiences, skills, and potential of candidates in the retail and large-scale distribution sector, is seeking for a Capo Reparto Gastronomia / Macelleria at a new superstore opening in San Colombano al Lambro, a leader in the GDO sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing the entire department.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate the work of the gastronomia/macelleria team members.
2. Ensure the efficiency of department activities.
3. Manage orders, schedules, vacations, and merchandise flow.
4. Contribute to customer loyalty and satisfaction.
5. Handle customer service and all auxiliary activities related to the sale of gastronomic products and meat cutting within the department.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a department head or deputy in macelleria or gastronomia.
• Deep knowledge of one of the two sectors.
• Ability to analyze economic data of the department.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and display practices typical of GDO.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends.
• Attention to detail and precision.
• Strong leadership skills, good interpersonal skills, and organizational ability.
• Flexibility and stress management skills.

Profiles with experience in gastronomia/salumeria and/or macelleria who are eager to grow within a structured environment will also be positively considered.

Offer

• Work hours: Full-time, shift work from Monday to Sunday, 6 days a week.
• Location: San Colombano al Lambro (MI).
• Contract: CCNL Commercio; salary will be based on experience; includes performance bonuses, €7 meal vouchers, and ongoing training.
• Contract duration: Fixed-term or indefinite, depending on the candidate's experience.
