Purpose:

The Business Excellence team focuses on enhancing productivity, efficiency, and quality to achieve long-term cost objectives, including OEE, Cost Improvement Projects, and Yield Increase. We aim to improve all business areas through project execution, modeling, and data analysis using lean concepts and standardization activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate improvement projects utilizing Lean tools such as PDCA, SMED, and OEE losses reduction.
2. Participate in deploying multi-tier site performance management activities to ensure effective target achievement.
3. Analyze data and implement digital and interconnected measuring processes for effective performance management (KPIs).
4. Assess data-driven opportunities for improvement using problem-solving methodologies (RCA, A3, 5Whys, Fishbone, Pareto, etc.).
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to enable effective performance management digital boards.
6. Facilitate business case creation to meet target budgets.
7. Lead efficiency improvement projects to meet OEE targets.
8. Engage in data gathering from equipment, systems, and processes, and utilize data analysis and modeling for real-time and predictive performance management.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, chemistry, or related sciences.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and basic statistical tools.
• Ability to experiment with models.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English (B1 level or above).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of GMP basics.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Experience with data aggregation tools like MS Power BI or Tableau.
