The ideal candidate will have experience in managing NoBo, third-party, second-party, and technical assistance projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the safe and effective delivery of services to the agreed scope, specifications, time scale, and costs.
2. Develop a plan of action including schedule, resources, and work plan.
3. Coordinate and assign inspections for all programs and types (PED, Welding, Mechanical, Painting, etc.) according to contract/ITP requirements.
4. Serve as the primary contact for contract and staff inspectors for inspection/resource assignments, scheduling, and file management.
5. Track and monitor inspection reports, unannounced inspections, and residue sample submissions to ensure timely submission.

Qualifications

• + years of experience in project coordination for NoBo, third-party, second-party, or technical assistance projects.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver a completed project.
• Experience working within a team environment.
• Knowledge of main inspection qualification programs.
• Previous experience with Notified Bodies (preferred).

Candidate must reside in Italy (Position is home-based).
