An established industry player is seeking a Clinical Liaison to enhance patient referrals through effective sales and marketing strategies. In this role, you will conduct pre-admission screenings for rehabilitation patients and actively represent the organization at various community events and conferences. Your expertise in patient care, discharge planning, and case management will be invaluable as you assist in the orientation of new employees and provide essential health education. Competenze

• Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.

Overview

The Clinical Liaison increases referrals through sales and marketing and performs pre-admission screens on potential rehabilitation patients. Represents Atrium Health Floyd at conferences and community activities. Provides health teaching and/or in-services. Assists in the orientation of new rehabilitation employees.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

1. Licensure/Certification
2. Associate Degree Required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
3. Licensed in one of the following: LPN, RN, PT, OT, SLP, NP, PA.
4. Valid driver’s license and vehicle to conduct travel

1. Experience
2. At least 2 years caring for patients including understanding of discharge planning and assessment, reimbursement mechanisms, case management principles across the continuum of service, and awareness of community resources.
3. Knowledge of Rehabilitation preferred.
4. Public relations/marketing communication skills preferred.
