Synergie Italia Spa, branch of SACILE, Division of Consultants, is seeking candidates for a company operating in the furniture sector, specialized in the design and production of living room furniture.

Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing shipments, ensuring operational efficiency to maximize customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing the preparation and issuance of national and international documents, resolving transportation issues, maintaining contact with carriers and logistics operators to ensure efficient and timely service.

• Weekly planning of national and international shipments
• Coordination with warehouse technicians
• Monitoring production progress to meet shipment volume targets
• Preparation of necessary documentation
• Tracking shipments and managing anomalies (delays, damages)
• Handling customs procedures and documentation for exports

Requirements

Necessary qualifications:

• Diploma and/or Degree
• Previous experience in logistics
• Good knowledge of English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of shipping processes and logistics documents

Additional qualities include accuracy, attention to detail, organizational skills, flexibility, proactivity, communication skills, and teamwork orientation.
