Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to lead and support our audio production team. The role involves creating engaging shows, analyzing performance, managing production schedules, and contributing innovative ideas to keep content fresh and exciting.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and support a team of producers and audio leads to produce high-quality shows that retain listeners across all stages.
2. Analyze show performance and perform root cause analysis for any drops in listenership.
3. Manage production schedules, oversee recording sessions, and coordinate sound engineers and post-production teams.
4. Lead all aspects of audio production, including scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes.
5. Collaborate with the content team to plan resources based on the content pipeline.
6. Contribute innovative ideas related to sound design, production processes, and final output.
7. Provide feedback to help talent reach their full potential.
8. Work with Category and Program Managers to manage P&L, collaborating with talent and their representatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.
• Native Italian and fluent English language skills.
• Background in audio work is a plus.
• Passionate about audio production with innovative ideas for hit shows.
• Strategic thinker with creative flair and project management skills.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with talent and talent reps.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working under pressure with diverse backgrounds.
