4 OPERAI/E METALMECCANICI TURNISTI -3 TURNI-(ID-93513), Milan

Location: Milan, Italy

Contract Type: Fixed-term contract of 5 months with possible extension

Workplace: Bresso

Resources will work in the finishing and painting departments of a company producing aluminum and will be responsible for:

1. Operation, preparation, and setup of cutting machines, embossing of metallic coils;
2. Loading and unloading machinery using cranes / forklifts / lifting equipment;
3. Sampling, waste handling, and machine cleaning;
4. Packaging finished products (strapping, pallet preparation for coils and sheets);
5. Preparation, cleaning, and setup of painting equipment (liquid and powder);
6. Operation of automatic painting heads for coils;
7. Operation of automatic painting line sections (using PLC interface).

Additional Information: The contract is for 5 months with potential extensions and stabilization.

Ideal Profile: Technical education preferred and minimal experience in the metalworking sector, even in other industrial contexts, on automated lines and/or machinery operation; familiarity with information systems is appreciated. An internal course for forklift and crane operator certification will be provided. Availability to work on 3 shifts and own transportation to reach the company location are essential.

Working Hours and Collective Agreement: Full-time 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, on 3 shifts, with possible Saturday or continuous cycle—Metalworkers industry
