Employee & Labor Relations Junior Specialist, Latina

Randstad Specialty Pharma, working for a multinational company in the pharmaceutical field, is seeking an Employee & Labor Relations Junior Specialist.

Work Area: Latina and occasionally Pratica di Mare

Contractual Situation: 6-month fixed-term contract

Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Labor / Employee Relations Cluster Leader in providing high-quality service to employees, HR community, and business leaders.
  2. Collaborate closely with HR business partners and relevant stakeholders on all employee and labor relations topics.
  3. Serve as the first point of contact for human resources, offering guidance and assistance to employees regarding policy inquiries and employee-related issues.
  4. Provide employee relations support, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement counseling.
  5. Communicate policy updates and changes to HR Council, business units, and employees.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Possesses a Law degree.
  • Previous knowledge of employment and labor relations laws, regulations, and practices is a plus.
  • Proficient in English, with experience managing HR activities in English (e.g., conference calls, trainings, written communications).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools and platforms.
  • Good logical and tactical thinking skills.
