We’re looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager to lead our core platform Lara and its key translation services, including text and document translation tracks, setting new benchmarks in the machine translation industry.

In this dynamic role, you will drive the platform’s evolution, ensuring Lara remains at the forefront of innovation. Your leadership will be crucial in developing strategies, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and delivering solutions that meet the diverse needs of our global users. What You’ll Do

• Oversee the ongoing enhancement and expansion of the Lara SaaS platform, setting a new benchmark for excellence to surpass industry standards and redefine user expectations.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that their needs and feedback directly influence product development and innovation strategies. Champion customer-centric approaches in all phases of product planning and execution to drive greater customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for text and document translation services, aligning with the company's goals and market demands.
• Drive innovation within the platform by incorporating advanced technologies and methodologies that enhance translation accuracy and user experience.
• Work closely with engineering, AI, R&D, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure product features are well-integrated and marketed effectively.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the user interface and experience based on feedback and usage data to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the platform's services to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications Required

• Minimum of 5 years in product management, preferably in tech or SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and software development processes.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement comprehensive product strategies.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a capacity to use data in decision-making processes.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with experience reporting to senior management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and experience in utilizing customer feedback to improve products.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with AI technologies and machine translation is a plus.

This position requires daily in-office presence, so we are unable to accommodate fully remote work. However, we value flexibility and offer the opportunity to work up to 48 days remotely per year, allowing for a balanced and adaptable work experience.
