We are seeking a

WHAT YOUR DAY AT POP MART WILL BE LIKE

You are a Manager with a strong focus on business and Customer Satisfaction. You know how to develop and supervise a team. Your interpersonal skills help resolve internal and external conflicts. You are dynamic, flexible, smart, and a problem solver. Your love for fieldwork, management experience, and ability to analyze and handle difficult situations are key to your daily goals. You are passionate about retail.

Main responsibilities:
  1. Support the area manager in daily activities by actively contributing to the design of the Store's commercial and HR strategies
  2. Manage your shop comprehensively
  3. Plan, implement, and monitor measures to achieve and surpass sales objectives
  4. Ensure and collaborate in implementing merchandising standards and optimize sales space for maximum profitability
  5. Manage warehouse stock levels in line with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies
  6. Maintain good product and fashion knowledge, and apply brand and seasonal visual merchandising standards
  7. Supervise customer reception, ensuring compliance with POP MART guidelines
  8. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities such as animations, events, new launches, and CRM campaigns
  9. Train new team members and support their growth and development
  10. Act as a role model and promote effective communication within the sales team
  11. Monitor team performance using KPIs and achieve personal and store objectives
  12. Analyze customer behavior KPIs (entrances, average receipt, pieces per receipt, etc.)
  13. Ensure departmental targets and budgets are met
  14. Apply company procedures, regulations, safety protocols, and commercial policies
Background:
  • Citizenship or Work Permit required
  • At least 5-10 years' experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments
  • Knowledge of key trade KPIs, budget management, analysis, and reporting
  • Agility, dynamism, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong results orientation
  • Leadership qualities to guide and motivate a team towards objectives
  • Bachelor's or master's degree preferred
  • Excellent Italian language skills; knowledge of Chinese and English is a plus
