A leading company in air treatment, Midea Group, is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join their team. This remote position involves developing business opportunities, providing technical support, and engaging with customers across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Competenze

  • 5-10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or R&D.
  • Knowledge of Light Commercial reciprocating compressor products.
  • Fluency in English and at least one European language.

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Industrial Technologies Europe team. The role is primarily remote, with an option to work from our Pordenone, Italy office if preferred.

Responsibilities:
  1. Stay updated on product launches and transitions to support sales programs effectively.
  2. Develop new business opportunities with Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs, building strong customer relationships.
  3. Engage with various departments within customer organizations, including engineering, purchasing, operations, product management, and quality.
  4. Provide technical presentations, product updates, project schedules, and training to customers.
  5. Document market and customer insights and relay this information internally.
  6. Support marketing initiatives by analyzing market trends, regulatory activities, and customer feedback.
  7. Assist team members in achieving KPIs.
  8. Participate in product promotion and trade shows regionally and internationally.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  2. 5-10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or R&D.
  3. Knowledge of Light Commercial reciprocating compressor products and applications.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English and at least one European language.
  5. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  6. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including weekends.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Experience with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs is advantageous.
  9. Knowledge of Chinese language is beneficial but not required.
