Job Description:

Grafton Fashion & Luxury, a specialized team within Gi Group Spa authorized by the Ministry of Labour, focuses on enhancing the experiences, skills, and potential of candidates in the fashion and luxury sector. We are seeking a Store Manager for Luxury Corner in Milan, to oversee operations at a prestigious Italian luxury brand specializing in men's clothing.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the corner, achieving business objectives and training staff.
2. Lead the team in engaging and retaining clients.
3. Provide training, development, and one-on-one feedback to staff.
4. Analyze KPIs and oversee sales and merchandising to ensure a memorable and exclusive client experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in middle management roles within luxury retail.
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, and passionate about the sector.
• Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, with strong leadership abilities.
• Organizational skills and a strong focus on achieving goals.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with RTW men's products is a plus.

Additional Details:

• Full-time (40 hours), rotating shifts.
• Permanent contract directly with the client company.
• Compensation will be based on experience, including Ticket 8, incentive systems, and corporate welfare.
• Location: Milan city center.
