As a Europe Client Engagement Specialist, your mission will be to enhance the acquisition, retention, and experience of top clients by implementing engagement initiatives, organizing exclusive events, and analyzing client-related data. By working closely with our teams and partners, you’ll embody the brand’s values and ensure a premium client journey aligned with the European market's unique needs.

What makes up your day:

• Work with Area manager/store managers and local CVM teams to identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with third parties.
• Monitor key client development KPIs and provide detailed reports and actionable insights to stores.
• Coordinate the organization and logistics of local and international events dedicated to top clients.
• Contribute to planning and executing tailor-made events for VICs, emphasizing brand values and exclusive storytelling.
• Work with local CVM team on developing and managing delighting experiences.
• Support the implementation of marketing initiatives for Europe.
• Support AMs, SMs, and local CVM teams in organizing events, monitoring their ROI, and implementing initiatives that create memorable in-store moments for clients.

• 2-3 years of proven experience in client management, preferably in luxury industries such as fashion, retail, or hospitality.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Economics.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and client data analysis.
• Strong teamwork skills.
