Job Opportunity: Operation FIT Specialist

TBO.COM, an international award-winning travel tech organization, is seeking top talent to join our Italian team as an Operation FIT Specialist in the Travel Industry.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and Italian, with experience in the Travel Industry.
Job Description:
  1. Operational handling of online reservations for hotels, flights, car rentals, transfers, etc.
  2. Coordinate offline requests with internal departments.
  3. Handle bookings and cases with last-minute and on-spot challenges to solve problems.
  4. Assist travel agents via incoming calls, managing reservations with special requests.
  5. Negotiate with customers and suppliers to find the best resolutions.
  6. Handle multiple online systems simultaneously, providing excellent service to travel agents.
  7. Resolve operational and administrative cases from start to finish.
Qualifications:
  • Service-oriented personality with high communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Independent, self-motivated, patient, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience working B2B with travel agents or industry professionals.
  • Quick adaptability to new technologies, products, systems, and procedures.
  • Willingness to work night shifts, evenings, or weekends.
  • Ability to work as a VAT Consultant is a plus.
