Une entreprise leader dans le secteur des utilities recherche un Application Manager pour rejoindre son équipe à Monza. Le candidat idéal sera responsable de la gestion des applications, de l'analyse des données et de l'accompagnement des projets d'intégration technique. Ce poste hybride offre une flexibilité de travail et nécessite une solide expérience dans le secteur, ainsi qu'une maîtrise des outils CRM et des compétences en leadership.

Competenze

  • Au moins 4 ans d'expérience dans le secteur des utilities ou en vente de gaz et électricité.
  • Certifications ITIL, Agile (Scrum) ou équivalentes.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais.

APPLICATION MANAGER | UTILITIES COMPANY, Monza-Brianza

Company Description

Our client is an Italian joint-stock company operating in the utilities sector, and we are seeking an APPLICATION MANAGER.

Position

The selected candidate, within the Service Management team, will be responsible for:

  1. Application and Incident Management in CRM, Billing, and Credit areas, including anomaly analysis, technical-functional diagnosis, and testing.
  2. Gathering and cataloging business requirements specific to the Sales Business Unit.
  3. Formalizing application requirements and assessing impacts on information systems in collaboration with Demand Management.
  4. Supporting and guiding the business in identifying the best technical solutions for integration projects.
  5. Budgeting and cost/benefit analysis of interventions in the area.
  6. Data extraction, analysis, and data warehousing for operational reporting.
  7. Preparing application and functional documentation, process design, and requirements mapping.
  8. Providing functional and technical support to internal clients and managing relationships with vendors for maintenance and development areas.
  9. Managing digital evolution projects integrated with management and non-management applications (e.g., digital signature, advanced apps, CRM Salesforce, etc.).
  10. Solid knowledge of the Office suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  11. Strong familiarity with CRM applications: functionalities and parameterization.
  12. Proactivity, good leadership, and negotiation skills in managing internal clients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the Net@SIU application.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the Energy & Utilities sector, or in Gas and Electricity Sales, or consulting firms operating in the Energy & Utilities sector.
  • Degree in IT or equivalent qualifications.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • ITIL, Agile (Scrum) certifications, or equivalents.

Additional Information

Work location: Monza, Como, or Lecco.

Work mode: Hybrid (60% remote).
