A globally scaling Insurtech SaaS provider—already a market leader across Northern and Western Europe—is now making a significant investment in Southern European expansion, and is hiring a high-performing Sales Specialist to lead growth efforts across Italy and the wider region.

The Opportunity

  • Be the first on-the-ground sales leader for the region, shaping go-to-market strategy and building your own pipeline

  • Sell a best-in-class, cloud-native platform that enables digital transformation across underwriting, claims, distribution, and policy management

What You'll Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Italy and broader Southern Europe within the insurance ecosystem
  • Engage with senior stakeholders (C-suite, Heads of Digital, Innovation, and IT) across insurers, MGAs, and brokers
  • Run the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, supported by a strong solution engineering and marketing team
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients, aligning platform capabilities with customer needs
  • Contribute to shaping the company’s regional sales approach and future hiring roadmap

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of enterprise software or SaaS sales experience, with a strong focus on insurance or financial services
  • A solid understanding of the insurance technology ecosystem—policy admin, claims, underwriting, data and analytics
  • Proven ability to develop and close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
  • Confidence in working autonomously within a fast-growth, scaling SaaS environment
  • Italian and English fluency required; additional Southern European languages a plus
