Marketing Specialist/Coordinator, Monza-Brianza

Monza-Brianza, Italy

Manpower Permanent Professional, in a rapidly growing company specialized in creating exclusive experiences, luxury travel, and events for prestigious brands, is seeking a Marketing Specialist/Coordinator.

The candidate, reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, will play a strategic and operational role, actively contributing to the management and development of digital marketing activities, content planning/creation, and integrated communication.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and implement the operational communication and marketing plan, aligned with company guidelines and scheduled deadlines;
  2. Manage digital channels, focusing on social media, newsletters, and internal communication;
  3. Collaborate with external suppliers (e.g., creative agencies, PR, press offices) and internal teams to execute campaigns and content;
  4. Prepare periodic reports on marketing activities and performance, utilizing Salesforce and other analytical tools;
  5. Support the organization of events, fairs, and promotional initiatives both in Italy and abroad;
  6. Coordinate an image/video/graphics editor, supervising their activities to ensure content quality and consistency;
  7. Maintain constant oversight of activities in Italy and abroad, contributing to the storytelling and enhancement of completed projects.
Skills and Requirements:
  1. Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related disciplines;
  2. At least 5 years of experience in marketing and communication, preferably in luxury, hospitality, or events sectors;
  3. Fluent knowledge of English, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level);
  4. Proficiency in Salesforce and major digital tools for content and campaign management;
  5. Proactivity, ability to manage tasks and time autonomously, and deadline-oriented;
  6. Curiosity and passion for culture, art, food & beverage, and Made in Italy products;
  7. Creativity, collaborative spirit, and strategic vision.

Experience working on projects and clients related to UK and US markets will be considered a plus.

We offer a permanent, full-time contract with a gross annual salary ranging from €35,000 to €45,000 (to be discussed during the interview based on seniority and experience). Additional company benefits and a structured onboarding program are included.

The workplace is in Milan, with hybrid working arrangements.
