About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Offer Technical Leader to join our team working on the Enclosures and Industrial Sockets products. This role will be based in Stezzano and will involve technical development with a distributed team from Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical or Electromechanical development with Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster collaboration across diverse cultural and geographical boundaries.

This role requires a leader who can lead technical analysis and development with squad members, ensuring successful delivery of systems on target.

Key Responsibilities

1. Be the Squad Technical referent
2. Work closely with Product Owner and Architect to set up stories/tasks, supporting them with required technical details
3. Lead technical specifications and contribute to all engineering activities
4. Lead squad members to analyze technical issues and find the best solutions
5. Study technical feasibility and define the scope of efforts to achieve sprints and deliverables
6. Ensure robustness and reliable design
7. Oversee development from specifications to validation, ensuring timely delivery of technical documents covering quality, cost, and features
8. Manage product verification, including simulation, verification & validation planning, analysis of results, and reporting
9. Support certification team for assessments and compliance
10. Contribute to strengthening the design team’s competencies
11. Collaborate with Scrum Master to support squad execution (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives)
12. Foster a positive, adaptable, and responsive team environment

Qualifications and Key Skills

1. Engineering degree in mechanical, electromechanical, electrical, materials, or related fields
2. Over 5 years of experience in design and project management within electromechanical (ELM) products or similar disciplines
3. Strong understanding of ELM design and development processes, including model-based design, structural analysis, verification, and documentation such as Windchill PDM, PPAP, XFMEA
4. Background in plastic materials and expertise in rheological simulation is highly valued
5. Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and cross-cultural mindset
6. Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
7. Experience with collaboration and project tools like Jira
8. Experience with Agile Scrum methodology
