About the job:

We seek an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee development efforts, working closely with developers, product managers, and the CTO. The role requires hands-on involvement, especially with Node.js and peer-to-peer systems, including the Holepunch stack.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and plan daily development activities.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle.
• Resolve technical issues and guide team efforts.
• Ensure timely project delivery.
• Improve development processes and practices.
• Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements include:

• Over 5 years in leadership roles managing multiple projects.
• At least 2 years of experience with Node.js development.
• Basic understanding of peer-to-peer systems.
• Experience with Python, C++, or Rust is a plus.
• Proven success in launching products.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, microservices, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing diverse developer teams.
• Familiarity with modern development practices: CI/CD, automation, agile methodologies.
